About Our Office
Sunreal Property Management Ltd. is the leading local specialists in providing top quality property management services in Central Alberta specializing in residential and commercial condominiums, residential rentals as well as commercial rental buildings. We have offices located in both Red Deer and Airdrie, Alberta, and are looking to hire for either location.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance coordination, and resident relations to ensure smooth daily functioning.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities using our in-house management software, Propra, to maintain optimal property conditions.
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, and dispute resolution while practicing effective conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing Owner and resident inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance projects ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Candidate must be licensed as an Associate with a Real Estate, Property Management or Condominium Management designation through RECA;
- University degree, two-year business diploma, an administrative diploma or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Experience working with property management software (not required but would be considered an asset);
- Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet changing demands;
- Must be available to work on-site, full-time.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a lively energy that motivates team members and residents alike. Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On Call 2-4 weeks per calendar year
Remuneration will be based on experience.
Candidates must hold a valid driver?s license with a reliable vehicle and have the ability to travel in the Central Alberta area daily.
