Job Description

On behalf of our public-sector client, Affinity is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure Enablement to support multiple technology enablement initiatives, including IoT software rollout and cleaning management solution implementation. They will play a key role in bridging business, technology, and infrastructure teams in support of critical campus-wide initiatives. They will work closely with infrastructure teams, vendors, facilities operations, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

IoT software rollout enablement: Supporting the implementation of a software solution that connects with campus network infrastructure and devices. The ideal candidate should have experience managing technology implementations involving network components such as ports, VLANs, device connectivity, and coordination across infrastructure teams. This is a critical university initiative expected to run approximately 4–6 months. Cleaning management solution implementation: Supporting the implementation of a facilities services management solution as an extension to our existing enterprise platform. This project will focus on enabling management of cleaning services across campus facilities through software capabilities. Requiring experience working with facilities operations, enterprise applications, and business process enablement. This initiative is expected to run approximately 6 months. For this role, we are looking for someone who can bridge business needs, technology teams, infrastructure considerations, and vendor/application implementation activities.
