In-Process Quality Inspection, Document Maintenance & Reduce Rejection. Customer Complaint Handling & Swift Resolution.
Responsibilities & Duties
Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product. Designing product specifications. Report update to Inventory team & Upper Management. Ensure about packaging & quality processing. Reduce rejections. Manage waste. Quality wise storage. On boarding and training for new team members.
Required Skills
Excellent attention to details. Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi. Good interpersonal skill. Must have knowledge of product’s quality & size. Highly Conscientious and diligent.
