About myStoria myStoria is AI-powered, patient-side infrastructure that turns the patient into a contributing node in the healthcare system. We make being a patient dramatically easier — organizing your health, carrying your records, and helping you show up to care prepared. And we're building the layer that makes the patient a true source of truth across a fragmented system. We're a small, fast-moving team that ships constantly.

The role We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who owns activation and conversion. You’ll sit inside the product, close to where decisions get made, and use every lever available - what users see in-app, what we ship next, and how clearly we show people what myStoria can do - to turn new users into active, paying ones.

This is a product role, not a marketing role. You live in the funnel and pull product levers. When you create something for the world to see, marketing takes it and distributes it. If you’re energized by owning a number, talking to users, reading behavior, and shipping fast in an AI-native team - this is for you.

What you’ll own The activation and conversion funnel - from new user to active to paying. This is your number. The loop between user behavior and product - you read what users do, hear what they need, and turn it into what we build next.

What you’ll do

Read behavious and listen to users Live in the product analytics - understand what users do, where they thrive, and where they drop off. Be the central point for user feedback: run interviews, consolidate what you hear, and surface the features and issues that matter most.

Shape the product Turn user signals into prioritized feature and improvement recommendations, and work with the Head of Product and engineering team to turn them into what we build next. Coordinate with engineering on what’s shipping, so nothing launches without a plan to drive adoption.

Run the experimentation engine Own product experiments end to end - brainstorm, prioritize, run, and measure scrappy bets across activation, engagement, referral, and conversion. Treat the funnel as something to test, not assume - you decide what to try next based on what the data and users are telling you.

Drive in-app activation and education Shape what users see and when - onboarding, prompts, the order people discover features. Own in-app user education: the tooling and surfaces that teach people what myStoria can do, in the moment they need it. Re-engage users through push, email, and lifecycle touchpoints.

Make the product legible Build a clear picture of everything myStoria can do, and own how that’s communicated in-app - the user-education surfaces that turn capability into usage. “Want to do this? myStoria does that.” Collaborate with marketing on assets that highlight the product’s value. You bring the product truth and help shape the message; marketing owns distribution outside the app.

Scope and room to grow The Head of Product owns the roadmap - but you've got real runway to bring ideas, run with them, and try things without waiting for permission.

You’ll thrive here if you Have shipped as a PM in a fast-moving product environment - consumer or product-led growth ideally. Are obsessed with activation and conversion, and comfortable living in product analytics. Love talking to users and translating what you learn into product decisions. Can communicate about a product so plainly it’s almost boring - and know exactly why that works. Are AI-native and high-agency: you create clarity from chaos and don’t need a roadmap handed to you.

Nice to have A design or prototyping sense - mockups, UX instincts.

How we work Small seed-stage team, high ownership, ship constantly. You’ll work most closely with the Head of Product & AI and partner tightly with our growth and marketing team.
