The Opportunity
The Manager, Health Facility Partner Services provides leadership to a team of professionals and technical staff delivering IMIT services for new facility builds and renovation projects across the province.
This role ensures services are delivered in alignment with performance standards and strategic priorities by adjusting resources, managing competing demands, and collaborating closely with health sector partners.
The Manager also plays a key role in aligning project delivery with the broader strategic direction of eHealth Saskatchewan, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and service providers in a complex and evolving environment.
What You’ll Do
Reporting To The Director, Facility Capital, You Will
Lead the delivery of IMIT components for major capital construction and renovation projects across Saskatchewan. Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of professionals and technical staff while fostering strong performance. Align service delivery with organizational strategy, managing resources, priorities, and timelines in a dynamic environment. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. Plan, organize, and execute large-scale projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating internal teams, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project and service performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements to support continuous improvement. Lead change initiatives, communicate effectively with diverse audiences, and collaborate with partners to anticipate future needs and opportunities.

What You'll Bring to the Team
A post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Proven leadership experience in a technology-focused or project-based environment. Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams. Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex projects, including planning, execution, and budget oversight. Ability to lead change and drive new processes across complex organizations and stakeholder groups. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to varied audiences. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence at senior levels. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
