Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Supervision: 5-10 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
