This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organizational scale. You will work closely with executive leadership to drive the company’s most critical initiatives, including M&A, strategic planning, and operational transformation. The role blends analytical rigor with hands-on execution, ensuring that priorities are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered across the organization. You will act as a key connector between leadership and functional teams, bringing structure to complex, cross-functional work. Accountabilities: In this role, you will drive strategic execution, operational rigor, and cross-functional alignment across the organization’s most important initiatives. Lead end-to-end M&A activities, including diligence coordination, integration planning, milestone tracking, and post-close execution Serve as a key liaison between deal teams and internal functions such as Finance, Legal, People, and Product Run annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, structuring analysis and translating decisions into actionable operating plans Track execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability, visibility, and timely escalation of risks or misalignment Develop and maintain the company’s value-creation roadmap, ensuring consistent progress across functions Evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives through business case development and financial analysis Drive cross-functional execution of top company priorities with clear ownership, milestones, and follow-through Lead leadership operating cadences, turning meetings into structured decision-making forums Strengthen reporting discipline, KPI tracking, and operational processes to improve organizational maturity Requirements: The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and execution-oriented operator with experience spanning strategy, corporate development, and hands-on business execution in high-growth environments.
