Komoka-Kilworth Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced, motivated Medical Director Veterinarian to lead a thriving hospital in one of Southwestern Ontario’s fastest growing and most affluent communities. Why This Role Is Different This is not a title-only Medical Director role. As Medical Director, you will: Set and uphold the medical standards of care for the hospital Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing veterinary team Partner closely with an experienced Practice Manager Influence protocols, equipment, service offerings, and hospital growth Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on clinical practice You’ll have the ability to shape the practice as if it were your own, while being supported by proven systems, leadership, and infrastructure. Medicine & Clinical Opportunities Komoka–Kilworth Animal Clinic is equipped to support high-quality, comprehensive medicine, allowing you to manage cases confidently in-house and deliver exceptional continuity of care. Our services include: Digital radiology and in-house ultrasound Therapeutic laser Advanced dentistry Orthopaedics For veterinarians interested in advancing their clinical and surgical skill set, the clinic also benefits from access to a traveling mentor surgeon, offering collaborative case support and hands-on guidance for advanced and less commonly performed procedures - ideal for continued growth without practicing in isolation. We are proud to care for both companion animals and exotics; however, interest or experience with exotics is entirely optional. Veterinarians who prefer to focus exclusively on dogs and cats are fully supported to practice in alignment with their interests and strengths. Our Community Komoka-Kilworth is a vibrant, fast-growing and highly affluent community located just 10 minutes west of London, Ontario. The area is home to engaged, well-informed clients who value gold-standard veterinary care and strong relationships with their veterinary team.
