Production Supervisor-OEM

What You’ll Do
As our OEM Cell Leader, you will:
- Lead day-to-day production activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets and timelines
- Oversee operations including MIG/TIG welding, CNC laser cutting, and brake press work
- Coordinate equipment setup, tooling, and material flow
- Ensure consistent use of standard work and visual controls
- Monitor product quality and drive corrective actions when needed
- Support and coach team members while managing workload and shift transitions
- Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate cross-functionally
- Promote and enforce a safety-first culture
What You Bring
- High School Diploma (post-secondary in manufacturing or industrial tech is an asset)
- 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing is considered an asset
- Previous leadership or team lead experience (1–3 years preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- MIG/TIG welding
- CNC laser operations
- Brake press equipment
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft 365
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support multiple shifts if needed
