We're looking for an experienced Executive Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining executive support, business analytics, project coordination, and strategic thinking. This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role—it's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor and business partner to our President.
What You'll Do As the Executive Business Partner, you'll be the President's trusted partner, ensuring strategic priorities are executed while keeping executive operations running seamlessly. This is a highly visible role that blends executive partnership, business analytics, project management, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the President to manage daily priorities, strategic initiatives, and executive operations. Coordinate a complex executive calendar, meetings, travel, and high-level communications. Prepare executive presentations, Board packages, briefing notes, reports, speeches, and correspondence. Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and business reports using advanced Excel and other reporting tools. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, providing actionable recommendations to support business decisions. Consolidate information from multiple departments into concise executive summaries and leadership reports. Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and action items are completed on time. Monitor strategic initiatives and organizational priorities, following up with leaders to ensure accountability and timely execution. Support annual business planning and help track organizational goals, strategic objectives, and key performance indicators. Organize Leadership Team and Board meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions. Maintain executive project trackers and provide regular progress updates to the President. Manage confidential executive records, governance documentation, contracts, and other sensitive business information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. Process executive expenses, purchase requests, invoices, and support budget tracking for executive initiatives and special projects. Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve workflows, and leverage technology to increase efficiency across the business. Build strong relationships across all departments, acting as a trusted liaison between the President and business leaders. Support organizational change initiatives and special projects that contribute to the continued growth and success of Wholesome Kids Catering. Anticipate executive needs, proactively solve problems, and ensure the President remains focused on the organization's highest-value priorities.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with senior leaders, and is passionate about driving operational excellence through data, collaboration, and strategic execution.
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who has: 5+ years supporting senior executives in a complex business environment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas). Experience with business intelligence tools. Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and project management skills. Exceptional communication, organization, and presentation abilities. The highest level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
