Compensation Details:

  • Sales Enabl. (Strat. & Gov) 15: Salaries typically range from $65,172 to $86,897 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.

Location:

  • Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment, with a current requirement of twoin-office days per week, increasing to three days per week in September 2026 (subject to change).
  • This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa.
  • Relocation assistance is available for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria.

Team Overview:

The Small Business & Partnerships (SBP) Enablement Team’s mission is to orchestrate, enable, and deliver a portfolio of initiatives within the Small Business & Partnerships SVP group. The team works in collaboration with various stakeholder teams to develop strategies, plans and build capabilities that improve the customer, partner, and employee experience, ultimately enabling teams to achieve their business objectives and results.

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Associate on the SBP Enablement Team, you will play a key role in providing overall coordination and delivery support to various initiatives across the team’s portfolio, as well as support the teams core operations. To do so, you will:

·       Maintain project/workstream plans (tasks, decisions, risks, dependencies) and follow up with owners to keep delivery on track.

·       Plan and coordinate meetings and working sessions (agendas, logistics, pre-reads), capturing minutes and action items.

·       Consolidate updates and prepare status reports (progress, risks/issues, decisions required, next steps).

·       Draft communications and presentations to support the implementation of new capabilities or initiatives.

·       Develop and maintain team tools, templates, and artifacts (e.g., job aids, trackers, reporting) that support overall team operations.

What we are looking for:

·       University degree in Business, Finance or related field.

·       Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including maintaining project plans, consolidating updates and preparing status reports and developing templates, job aids, tracker.

·       Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.

·       Experience contributing to corporate initiatives at EDC.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Self-starter with good organization skills.

·       Willingness to take on tasks of all sizes.

·       Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

·       Bilingualism (English/French).
