  3. Internal Innovation & Research Stay Ahead: Maintain working knowledge of GenAI frameworks and their ethical implications (bias, privacy, agency). Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to ensure technical concepts are accessible and empathetic.

Who Thrives in This Role? You are a learning professional who brings both strong educational practice and a curiosity for innovation in how learning is designed and delivered. You enjoy both designing meaningful learning experiences and building the relationships that make them possible at scale.

You are a great fit if you are: A Relationship Builder: You are confident engaging with educators and education leaders, energized by community-building and partnership development, and comfortable navigating K-12 systems. Proactive & Solution-Oriented: You have a "make things happen" attitude and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, experimentation, and iterative learning. Fluid & Adaptable: You can move fluidly between facilitation, instructional design, and external engagement. Mission-Driven: You care deeply about AI literacy, equity, and helping educators and young people build agency in a rapidly changing digital world. Additional Qualities for Success in This Role Operational Excellence: Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage plans, timelines, and competing priorities independently in a remote-first environment. Diplomacy & Judgement: Strong judgment and professionalism when managing sensitive or difficult conversations, differing perspectives, and stakeholder needs. Resilience: A positive, adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and feedback with professionalism. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term about community engagement, program growth, and partnership impact.
