Job Title : Oracle Order Management (OM) and Oracle Forms (development & support)
Location : Remote
Duration: Contract
Job Description :: Perform current-state and future-state application assessments, identify pain points, and recommend roadmap items for modernization, optimization, and operational efficiency • Manage application changes across quote, order, billing, license management, partner data, supply chain, and finance reconciliation processes. • Lead requirements analysis, solution design, impact assessment, development coordination, SIT/UAT support, release planning, and hypercare for application enhancements. • Maintain and enhance integrations using API management, middleware platforms, Oracle FMW, WebMethods, and B2B transaction processing frameworks. • Expertise in Oracle OM - Functional and Tcehnical, Oracle Forms, Can drive cloud and hybrid application support involving Azure, AWS, VMware and load balancers. • Experience on tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Dynatrace/AIOps, and ITIL-based service management processes for delivery tracking and operations support. • Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, QA teams, and operations teams to validate requirements and ensure solution alignment. • Apply domain understanding & working knowledge of global e-commerce, e-procurement, order management applications like CUMPAS graph QL, license management, partner/customer data, and supply chain applications. • Expectation is to perform role and responsibilities of techno-functional lead driving IT deliverables, activities for the customer home grown tools like CUMPAS GraphQL, ECOM File management, GOMS/BMS/NetSuite Parts inventory to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
