Canadian Down & Feather Company is looking for a *Project Manager *to assist in leading projects across a variety of functions, coordinating among stakeholders to get projects across the finish line. Strategic projects may include product and packaging development, CapEx projects, and technology / systems implementations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and managing multiple, concurrent projects from initial project plan to completion.
- Leading project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Developing project planning and tracking frameworks, structure and documentation.
- Developing and leveraging relationships across departments to support inter-departmental coordination to achieve desired outcomes.
- Assisting with the flow of communication, tracking deadlines and targets, and handling or forwarding issues where appropriate.
- Removing obstacles and barriers to progress wherever possible.
- Analyzing relevant options and making recommendations to support business objectives.
- Maintaining detailed budget and spend tracking.
- Preparing for and leading efficient, effective, and well-documented project meetings. This includes ensuring all project stakeholders and meeting participants are prepared.
- Ensuring the CEO?s time is reserved for the most critical updates and decisions.
- Connecting the dots among all ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring the scaffolding to the big picture is complete and steady, while minimizing waste and conflicts.

Our ideal candidate:
- Has proven project management skills and a strong business acumen. Experience in one or more of the above functions is an asset.
- Has experience working in warehousing, manufacturing and/or CPG.
- Can motivate, get buy-in from, and extract the utmost potential from individual team members for the collective good.
- Is a highly effective communicator who is positive and approachable.
- Works well in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
