Canadian Down & Feather Company is looking for a *Project Manager *to assist in leading projects across a variety of functions, coordinating among stakeholders to get projects across the finish line. Strategic projects may include product and packaging development, CapEx projects, and technology / systems implementations.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting and managing multiple, concurrent projects from initial project plan to completion.
• Leading project planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Developing project planning and tracking frameworks, structure and documentation.
• Developing and leveraging relationships across departments to support inter-departmental coordination to achieve desired outcomes.
• Assisting with the flow of communication, tracking deadlines and targets, and handling or forwarding issues where appropriate.
• Removing obstacles and barriers to progress wherever possible.
• Analyzing relevant options and making recommendations to support business objectives.
• Maintaining detailed budget and spend tracking.
• Preparing for and leading efficient, effective, and well-documented project meetings. This includes ensuring all project stakeholders and meeting participants are prepared.
• Ensuring the CEO?s time is reserved for the most critical updates and decisions.
• Connecting the dots among all ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring the scaffolding to the big picture is complete and steady, while minimizing waste and conflicts.

• Has proven project management skills and a strong business acumen. Experience in one or more of the above functions is an asset.
• Has experience working in warehousing, manufacturing and/or CPG.
