About the role

Job Description What is the opportunity? The ATM Implementation Coordinator manages and coordinates ATM implementation activities across RBC's network, including installations, moves, additions, and removals (IMAC activities). The role involves collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to plan, schedule, and execute these changes. Primary responsibilities include coordinating with ATM technicians and retailers, managing escalations, reconciling invoices, and ensuring alignment with broader physical network strategies. The position requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. What will you do? • Coordinate and manage ATM installation, moves, additions, changes, and removals (IMAC activities) for both offsite and in-branch locations • Collaborate with internal partners and third-party vendors to plan, schedule, and execute ATM implementation changes • Communicate proactively with ATM vendors, technicians, riggers, and telecommunications teams to support implementation activities • Work with the Relationship Manager and ATM Channel team to align IMAC activities with new branch locations and physical presence changes • Engage with retailers and regional partners to plan and execute ATM activities while resolving issues and communicating progress • Manage ATM escalations by routing issues effectively to responsible team members or third parties for resolution • Support ATM team reporting activities during monthly reporting cycles and review ATM-related invoicing • Actively problem-solve implementation issues and escalate roadblocks to ensure successful execution of ATM activities What do you need to succeed? Must have: • Post-secondary education + more than 2 years of professional experience • Project management, coordination, and execution experience • Ability to collaborate effectively across vendors and internal partners • Strong problem-solving skills • Business communication and client service excellence capabilities Nice to have: • Experience with ATM business operations What’s in it for you?
