The Opportunity The role of AI Implementation & Integration Manager is a hands-on leadership position that works closely with various groups within the Deveraux Group of Companies to support the adoption and implementation of AI tools. Working directly with executives and operators across development, construction, property management and ancillary business lines the main goal of this position is to translate real operational problems into AI solutions with measurable value. This position is also accountable to build and oversee practical AI agents, workflows and staff training through the authoring and enforcement of developed goverance and compliance frameworks.

What you bring... Formal Education or Equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data, Engineering (or related field), or an equivalent combination of education and experiance.

Years of Experience 5-8 years in leading technology implementation, digital transformation, automation, solutions engineering in a construction, real estate, or property managment organization (preferred). Demonstrated hands-on experiance building AL agents, automation, workflow integrations, using LLM-based platforms such as Claude, including prompt engineering, connecting AI tools to business systems and data sources, Experiance developing or enforcing technology governance, acceptable-use, data-handling policies, and monitoring compliance across an organization. Experience developing and delivering training staff through measurable adoption. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (identity, SSO, and provisioning), and experiance configuring or enabling connectors and integrations in a business environment. Deep understanding of the current AI landscape and workplace tools (e.g. Claude, Microsfot Copilot), include; evaluating, enabling, and supporting responsible adoption.

Specialized skills, knowledge or certifications unique to this role Ability to lead technology or AI initiatives end to end in complex, multi-entity business environments. Experiance with technology cost managment including estimating, budgeting, usage, spend governance, benchmarking, and performance tracking (e.g. managing AI platforms seats and consumption). Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, security, and data residency considerations, including Canadian frameworks (e.g. PIPEDA, PIPA). Hands-on skills with APIs, connectors, prompt engineering; scripting or development ability (e.g. Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations is an asset. Ability to identify improvement opportunities and translate operational problems into practical technical and process solutions. Awareness of leading AI platforms, models, and workplace tooling, and the ability to evaluate and select the right tool for a given use case. Risk management skills and experiance. Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills; tailors presentation style to suit the needs of the audience. Project management skills and experience Knowledge in the area of process design and process improvement Experience with change management You will... Implementation & Rollout Lead the deployment of Claude (and other approved AI tools) across Deveraux's operating companies, from pilot through organization-wide adoption. Setup identity and access configuration (SSO, provisioning), connector enablement (e.g. Microsoft 365 grounding), and spend governance. Define rollout phases, success metrics, and adoption targets, and report progress to executive stakeholders. Coordinate with internal IT and external vendors or implementation partners as needed.

AI Agent & Workflow Development Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automated workflows that solve concrete operational problems across corporate functions and operating areas (finance, operations, customer-facing, and back-office use cases). Integrate AI tooling with existing business systems and data sources, prioritizing read-only and least-privilege access where appropiate. Test, monitor and iterate on agents in production, managing reliability, accuracy, and cost. Maintain documentation for agents and workflows, including it's purpose, data accesss, and owner.

Training & Enablement Develop and deliver training for staff at all levels, from executives to front-line teams, on effective and responsible AI use. Create reference materials, prompt libraries, and internal guides tailored to different teams' workflows. Serve as the internal point of contact for AI questions, troubleshooting, and best practices. Build a culture of practical, safe AI adoption and drive measurable uptake.

Governance, Policy & Compliance Draft, maintain, and update Deveraux's AI governance and acceptable-use policies, keeping them current with evolving tools, regulations, and business needs. Monitor AI usage across the organization for compliance with internal policy, data-handling standards, and applicable privacy and regulatory requirements. Establish controls around data retention, access, auditability, and appropiate use of sensitive or confidential information. Define and enforce guardrails on which tools, models, and use cases are approved across different teams and data classifications. Stay current on the AI regulatory landscape (including Canadian privacy and data-residency considerations) and leadership risk.

Performance Metrics Delivery of defined projects on time and on budget Measure, monitor, and regularly reporting on service performance to ensure end-user satisfaction across all entities. Handling of emergencies/issues and related communications Ensure governance and audit guidelines are met People management
