In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of modern, end-to-end data solutions that enable organizations to unlock the full value of their data. You will work across complex client environments, helping define data strategies, assess architectures, and translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions. This position combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, as you guide teams in building robust data pipelines, platforms, and models. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are both technically sound and business-aligned. Operating in a consulting-style environment, you will influence architectural decisions while also contributing directly to implementation. Accountabilities: Lead and deliver end-to-end data engineering projects, including planning, scope definition, execution, and successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to leverage data for strategic and operational impact Design, build, and operate modern, scalable data architectures and distributed data processing systems Develop and maintain complex data pipelines that solve high-value business problems and ensure reliable data flow across systems Collaborate with data scientists to support scalable deployment of machine learning models and data-driven solutions Implement clean, high-quality, test-driven code and apply continuous delivery practices to deploy and maintain data systems Advise clients on distributed storage, processing technologies, and best-fit data engineering tools and platforms Design and implement data models using appropriate methodologies and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements Define and enforce data governance, security, privacy, and data quality standards across projects Requirements: Proven experience leading the design and implementation of large-scale data engineering or data platform solutions Strong background in building and operating Big Data architectures, distributed systems, and data pipelines in production environments Expertise in data modeling techniques and hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools and frameworks Strong programming skills with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code Experience working with multiple database types, including SQL, NoSQL, and data lake architectures Strong understanding of data governance, security, privacy principles, and compliance requirements Experience translating data insights into meaningful outputs, including data visualization and stakeholder communication Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding engineers and influencing technical direction Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and align business and technical teams Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments and managing complex technical challenges Benefits: Competitive salary aligned with experience and location Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible working arrangements and remote-friendly environment Professional development and continuous learning opportunities Strong mentorship culture with clear career growth pathways Inclusive and collaborative global team environment Opportunity to work on high-impact, large-scale data transformation projects Exposure to diverse industries, clients, and modern data technologies
