The Role The Client Manager oversees client accounts and creative services projects and managing online communities for key clients. This role combines project oversight, client management, and social media monitoring to ensure successful outcomes across campaigns. You'll be the steady hand that keeps projects on track, clients feeling confident, and the creative team set up to do their best work.
What You'll Do Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact Lead projects and manage timelines, ensuring deliverables land on time and on budget Collaborate with designers and copywriters on creative projects Conduct quality control, proofing, and problem-solving Support reporting, insights, and billing tasks Manage online communities for key clients, including monitoring and engagement Support and execute additional client requirements as needed
What You Bring 4+ years of experience in a similar role Proven ability to deliver projects on time Strong communication and people skills Organizational and detail orientation Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly
Nice to Have Experience with copywriting, editing Experience with YouTube channel management Video editing experience Squarespace web building experience
Core Competencies Client relationship management Project management Clear communication Adaptability Problem-solving Quality focus
Tools & Systems Asana or other project management tools, Microsoft Suite, and other tools used by the agency or client
The Details Contract: 6-month term, with the possibility of extension Type: Full-time Location: Fully remote Hours: 35 hours per week, with a target of 6 billable hours per day Core hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM MT (some flexibility to adjust for operational needs) Reports to: Directors
