About the team and the role: The Associate AI Enablement Manager supports the AI Enablement & Innovation Manager in driving the adoption, alignment, and operational execution of AI within Global Marketing. This role effectively balances day-to-day operational responsibilities with the strategic ability to independently lead assigned AI enablement work-streams from concept through implementation alongside business and functional collaborators. The Associate AI Enablement Manager retains ultimate accountability for high-stakes judgment and final programmatic decisions. The Associate functions as both an execution engine and a strategic partner, owning collaborator alignments, managing end-to-end work-stream delivery, and driving necessary decisions! What you will accomplish: AI Intake, Triage & Governance Support Monitor the AI Activity Intakes, complete initial triage, and contribute to ongoing refinements of the intake process. Validate incoming submissions and use cases against established criteria. Set up and coordinate discovery calls to support deep-dives with internal teams and collaborators. Conduct first-pass routing and draft initial risk notes for evaluation. Assemble compliance and governance packets while supporting the management and rollout of Global Marketing's AI Policy, anchored to enterprise policies & standards. Support liaising for Global Marketing use cases and requests with Responsible AI (RAI) and other enterprise functional partners or governance teams. Roadmap, Process & Operations Management Independently lead designated AI integration initiatives, partnering directly with implementation and business collaborators to ensure successful execution and alignment with broader team goals. Help manage the day-to-day tracking of the AI Innovation Roadmap, ensuring workstreams are updated, progress is recorded, and dependencies are identified. Proactively chase stale updates and resolve operational blockers impacting HAE progress and delivery efforts. Complete aligned content and structural updates to HAE-owned artifacts and ensure HAE-released documentation and site content remain entirely current. Support ongoing refinements and implementation of HAE-owned processes and frameworks. Maintain and update the central registry of AI agents and tools to ensure clear visibility, reduce duplication, and support cross-team interoperability. Market Tracking & Technical Translation Keep up with internal enterprise and external market AI updates relevant to the business to surface communication opportunities for amplifying to Global Marketing and broader teams. Track enterprise AI-related policy and tool updates to surface relevant impacts and opportunities for HAE and Global Marketing. Track Global Marketing AI Policy relevance based on emerging use cases and patterns to surface team-specific needs. Translate complex enterprise artifacts, technical guidelines, and frameworks into highly digestible documents or simple, accessible no-code or low-code agents using approved AI tools for non-technical collaborators. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Pull together inputs from ongoing HAE work to support consistent, transparent team communications. Own alignment with global marketing and company partners for assigned work-streams, managing ongoing engagement and driving key decision-making asks from them. Maintain proactive engagement and efficient coordination with cross-functional partners (such as CRM, Brand, Product Marketing, MarTech, and operations teams) to ensure a shared understanding of active AI initiatives. What you will bring: 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI enablement, AI adoption, marketing operations, digital transformation, program management, or a related field. Experience may include a blend of marketing operations or marketing-facing experience plus recent AI exposure or participation in AI transformation/adoption work. Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with multiple collaborator groups is strongly preferred. Strong baseline understanding of the AI ecosystem, tools, and trends. Direct programming experience is not required, but candidates must Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: C$85,600 - C$114,300 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
