Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions | Diriger et gérer une équipe d’ingénieurs logiciels pour fournir des produits et des solutions de haute qualité. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical innovation and proven experience | Collaborer avec des équipes transverses pour porter l'innovation technique et mettre à profit une expérience éprouvée sur le terrain. Develop and implement technical strategies to achieve business objectives | Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies techniques pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux Foster a work environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement | Favoriser un environnement de travail axé sur l’apprentissage continu, la croissance et l’amélioration.
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers | Expérience avérée en matière de recrutement et de gestion d’équipes techniques, y compris la gestion des performances et l’encadrement d’ingénieurs 12+ years, or PhD + 8 years, of software engineering work experience, including technical management | Plus de 12 ans d’expérience professionnelle en ingénierie logicielle, ou un doctorat et 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle, incluant la gestion technique BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or equivalent experience | Master ou diplôme d'ingénieur en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans une discipline technique connexe ou expérience équivalente 2+ years managing managers, 5+ years managing technical teams | Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en encadrement de managers et plus de 5 ans en gestion d'équipes techniques
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on technical management building large scale distributed systems | Expérience opérationnelle en direction technique pour la conception de systèmes distribués à grande échelle
CA$192,000/year to CA$256,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
