Program Snapshot You’ll rotate through five core areas of the business, gaining practical experience and leadership exposure: Warehouse & Logistics: Product flow, inventory, shipping/receiving Branch Operations: Customer service, pricing, order processing, credit & basic financials Inside Sales: Project-based quoting, blueprint interpretation, material take-offs Outside Sales & Account Management: Business development, customer relationships, negotiations Supervisory Leadership: Team leadership, branch operations, strategic execution Outcome: Prepared to step into a supervisory or management role within the organization.

Requirements What We’re Looking For Recent graduate with a degree or diploma (Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) Demonstrated leadership potential (school, work, athletics, or volunteer experience) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Willingness to relocate within Canada for training and advancement Valid driver’s license
