Job Summary
SHI is seeking a Growth Marketing Programs Manager – Canada to support growth marketing execution for SHI’s Canadian business. This role is responsible for delivering and operationalizing defined growth marketing programs in close partnership with Canadian sales leadership.
This position is focused on execution, consistency, and adoption, translating established Growth Markets strategy into locally relevant, repeatable programs tailored to the Canadian market. The Manager serves as the day-to-day marketing execution partner for Canada, ensuring programs are launched on time, adopted by sales teams, and measured against clear performance metrics.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director – Growth Markets, this role plays a critical part in enabling SHI’s international growth by ensuring the Canadian business has structured, disciplined, and outcome-driven growth marketing support.
Success in this role is measured by program execution quality, sales adoption, pipeline contribution in Canada, and the ability to consistently deliver against defined growth objectives.
Role Description
Canada Go-to-Market Execution
- Execute growth marketing programs aligned with SHI’s Canadian business priorities, ensuring local relevance while maintaining alignment with Growth Markets strategy and core technology pillars.
- Support key Canadian sales motions, including prospecting, expansion, and partner-led plays, through well-defined, repeatable marketing programs.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing contact for Canadian sales leadership.
Program Delivery and Operations
- Deliver assigned growth marketing programs in accordance with defined plans, timelines, and success metrics.
- Localize and activate existing SHI integrated marketing campaigns for the Canadian market.
- Coordinate execution across digital campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, partner programs, and field-focused initiatives.
- Ensure each program includes clear targeting, messaging, activation guidance, and follow-through.
Partner and Campaign Support
- Support partner-led campaigns in Canada in alignment with Growth Markets priorities.
- Coordinate with partner marketing and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate tracking of partner-funded activities.
- Help ensure marketing investments are focused on programs with measurable pipeline impact.
Sales Enablement and Field Adoption
- Support Canadian sales teams with clear campaign messaging, value propositions, and “reasons to call.”
- Partner with sales enablement to ensure marketing programs are understood and effectively used within outbound and account-planning motions.
- Collect feedback from the field and incorporate insights into ongoing program improvements.
Measurement, Reporting, and Optimization
- Track and report on program performance for the Canadian business, including engagement, pipeline contribution, and adoption metrics.
- Maintain accurate reporting inputs for Growth Markets scorecards and monthly business reviews.
- Identify execution gaps and optimization opportunities, and escalate recommendations to Growth Markets leadership.

Other Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or campaign execution
- Experience working with partner marketing campaigns
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 CAD which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
