Key Responsibilities
- Support global Sales Operations initiatives across Sales, Orders, Finance, Salesforce, and related teams
- Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, action items, and leadership updates
- Partner with global sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
- Develop communication and rollout plans for new processes, tools, and policy changes
- Support training materials, process documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Coordinate UAT, including test planning, issue tracking, feedback collection, and process validation
- Monitor post-launch adoption, identify gaps, and support continuous improvement
- Apply Sales Operations knowledge to support project design, decision-making, and business impact analysis
- Use AI tools to improve project execution, documentation, communication, reporting, and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Project Management, or a related role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, sales methodology, quoting, pricing, approvals, and compensation concepts
- Experience supporting cross-functional or global initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience preparing updates or materials for senior leadership
- Strong proficiency with AI tools, such as ChatGPT or similar, to improve workflow efficiency, communication, analysis, and documentation
- Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, data hygiene, or process governance
- Strong Excel and analytical skills; Power BI or similar reporting experience is an asset

- Improved accuracy and adoption of sales reporting and dashboards
- Strategic projects are delivered with clear timelines, ownership, risks, and leadership visibility
- Global stakeholders are aligned and informed
- Sales teams are effectively trained and supported through process changes
- Testing and rollout plans reduce defects, confusion, and rework
- AI is used to improve efficiency, documentation, reporting, enablement, and project execution
