Position Summar yThe Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering cross-functional projects that support Clearoute's strategic objectives. This role requires a strategic and creative thinker who can balance structure with flexibility, build strong relationships, solve complex challenges, and drive results without direct authority

Quali fication sRequired3–5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic env ironment.Experience working with technology, digital, operational, or business transformation ini tiatives.Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder managemen t skills.Demonstrated ability to influence without direct a uthority.Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar p latforms.Strong organizational and time managemen t skills.Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking a bilities.Nice to Have'sPMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or related certi fication.Experience working within a PMO env ironment.Experience supporting technology and business teams simult aneously.Familiarity with project governance, portfolio reporting, and executive commun
ications.
