The Project Manager is responsible for:

• Overseeing major programs and projects

• Managing cross-functional teams

• Coordinating stakeholders across business and IT

Key Responsibilities: Manage full project lifecycle (initiation

• closure)
• Develop budgets, schedules, and scope
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Provide status reports and updates
• Coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Support governance and compliance processes
• Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines
• Ensure alignment with business objectives

Additional Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of projects

• Facilitate communication across departments

• Monitor performance and progress

• Manage issues and escalations

• Document lessons learned and reporting

Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Computer Science

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred

• 7–10 years of project management experience

• Experience managing complex IT projects

• Experience with large-scale transformations

• Strong stakeholder engagement experience

• Experience working in Agile environments

• Strong leadership across diverse teams

• Excellent communication and planning skills

• Knowledge of MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI

• Experience with Agile methodologies
