Role Description The Senior Project Manager role at Dawn Recruiting Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Edmonton, AB. The Senior Project Manager will oversee complex client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple recruiting engagements. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading project planning sessions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing expediting activities, and monitoring progress against project milestones. This role will support logistics and inspection-related processes, identify and mitigate risks, and provide clear reporting and status updates to leadership and clients. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor project teams, refine workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor-related duties, ensuring timely movement of tasks, materials, and information. Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance practices to support project compliance and standards. Experience with Logistics Management, including coordination of resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple projects. Proven track record in a senior project management or leadership role, preferably within recruiting, professional services, or related industries. Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly to internal teams and clients. Proficiency with project management tools and software; formal certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are an asset. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
