Master of Management (MM) Program Manager
About the role
Mandate
Supporting the redesign and relaunch of the Master in Management (MM) program in Fall 2026, the Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating academic program implementation, supporting course and learning experience design, facilitating instructional technology integration, and preparing program structures and resources for incoming students and faculty.
This role works collaboratively across the Gustavson School of Business, and other university units to ensure the revised program is academically sound, operationally efficient, and aligned with institutional quality standards and student learning needs.
Objectives
Reporting to the Director, Graduate Programs, the MM Program Manager will oversee and manage the new program launch activities and project timeline, including:
Managing and coordinating all aspects of the new program academic schedules Designing and organizing program activities and special events Preparing student advisory guidelines on program expectations and commitments, working actively with graduate program units to develop a successful educational experience Developing and implementing data collection processes, preparing analytical reports and analyzing information for improvements Preparing and updating program curriculum map and learning outcomes Managing, coordinating and documenting program planning meetings
Some evening or weekend work may be required to support events and activities associated with the program launch.
This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to an undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience in post-secondary program coordination, instructional design, academic administration, or a related area. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
