Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), supply chain operations, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for warehouse and distribution solutions while collaborating with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable and efficient products. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap for warehouse management and inventory solutions. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from warehouse operations, supply chain, and distribution stakeholders. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications. Partner with engineering, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Develop testing strategies and acceptance criteria to validate product functionality, especially around inventory movement and warehouse execution. Support pilot launches, gather user feedback, and drive continuous product improvement. Monitor product performance, identify process gaps, and recommend enhancements. Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews. Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement change management strategies for successful product adoption. Drive stakeholder alignment and ensure business objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle. Must-Have Qualifications 4–10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Senior Business Analyst transitioning into a Product Management role. Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations. Hands-on knowledge of distribution-based warehouse operations and inventory management. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Strong understanding of supply chain operations and inventory lifecycle management. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent. Experience in Retail, eCommerce, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or Distribution industries. Experience with change management and stakeholder alignment initiatives. Exposure to warehouse automation, fulfillment, or logistics transformation projects.
