About the role
Marketing Coordinator
CCC Plastics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing initiatives. This role will contribute to the execution of marketing programs, coordination with external partners, and delivery of marketing support to Sales and Product Management teams, while gaining exposure to a broad range of B2B marketing activities, including project coordination, content development, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Materials, Visual & Technical Content
- Develop and maintain corporate presentations, brochures, and sales support materials
- Create and support visual marketing content, including graphics and layouts for presentations, social media, and email campaigns
- Develop technical marketing capabilities by translating product data and specifications into clear, customer-facing materials
Social Media & Email Marketing
- Plan, coordinate, and publish LinkedIn content aligned with marketing priorities
- Execute email and print marketing campaigns, including collaboration with industry publications and partners
Website & Digital Marketing
- Act as the primary marketing contact for corporate website initiatives across the organization
- Coordinate and lead website projects by working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Events & Industry Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Assist with pre- and post-event marketing activities
Sales & Product Management Support
- Conduct market research, including analysis of market data, to identify potential opportunities
- Support the development and refinement of targeted lead lists and maintain marketing databases
- Assist in compiling technical and market insights to support product positioning and sales activities
- Provide sales and product teams with reporting, analytics, and marketing support using CRM and other tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry, Polymer, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or technical marketing
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design tools is an asset
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information in a clear and structured manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with external vendors or agencies is an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
