Position: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Implementation Experience Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid

Job Summary We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with implementation experience, preferably within security or enterprise technology environments, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, supporting implementation activities, and driving successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst with implementation/project delivery experience. Experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements. Strong understanding of implementation methodologies and SDLC. Familiarity with enterprise security initiatives or infrastructure projects is preferred. Knowledge of SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) concepts is an asset but not required. Exposure to security tools, cloud deployments, or infrastructure implementation projects is a plus. Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
