Role: Business System Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON

Mandatory skills: RPA, ITIL, Business Process
Review and document business processes for automation feasibility and identify optimization opportunities. Prepare and maintain Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and other project artifacts. Coordinate with RPA developers using Blue Prism, UiPath, and Power Apps to ensure requirements are accurately translated into automation solutions. Work with Infrastructure, Security, and Access Management teams to provision environments, system access, NPIDs, and digital worker accounts. Track project progress through JIRA, manage user stories, and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. Facilitate discussions between business users, developers, QA teams, and support teams to resolve project issues and blockers.

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000- $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
