Who we are: Outside Sales Representative required for Rite-Way Fencing Inc. in Langley, BC. We are Canada?s largest fencing company, with 15 branches in AB, BC, SK & ON.

We are looking for a construction/fencing estimator for our organization. We are looking for an employee with previous sales and/or estimating experience. Experience in selling chain link fencing would be an asset.

Responsibilities:

The Estimator/ Project Manager will manage fencing projects of comprehensive design and installation in the GVRD and Fraser Valley area.

Responsible for delivering assigned projects within budget, on-time, and in a manner consistent with our company?s quality and service expectations.

Creates estimates of the scope of work based on each project.

Able to create materials list and inventory for the warehouse and installation crews.

In charge of gathering quotes and bids, negotiating prices and verifying lead times for each project.

Experience:

Ability to read and understand building and site plans with experience performing quantity take offs with architectural and engineering scales.

Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Mail.

Basic budgeting and cost control skills.

Construction crew leadership or the ability to lead a fencing crew.

Must have a valid BCDL.

Below fence knowledge is highly desirable:

Commercial & Residential fence installation (chain link, iron, wood & Vinyl)

Gate Installation (cantilever, rolling, swing, & automated/ automation)

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
