Gini Talent is hiring a Protocol Product Manager (Protocol PM) for an innovative blockchain-powered gaming, betting, and prediction ecosystem enhanced by AI-driven experiences. The platform enables users to participate in decentralized betting markets, blockchain-based games, and prediction activities through transparent on-chain interactions, digital asset ownership, and automated smart contract settlement. As the ecosystem continues to evolve, we are looking for an experienced Protocol Product Manager who can help define protocol-level product strategy, drive feature execution, and collaborate closely with engineering teams responsible for smart contracts, wallets, digital assets, and on-chain user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who understands how blockchain protocols power consumer-facing products and enjoys translating complex systems into scalable, user-focused experiences. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of overall professional experience, including product leadership experience within software, fintech, gaming, blockchain, or digital asset environments. Responsibilities
