Built by a dedicated team rather than large tech corporations, Konnect aims to give users more control and transparency in how they connect. The product and culture emphasize empathy, trust, and innovation in redefining what online dating can be for modern users. Role Description PERFECT FOR A SEMI RETIRED OR RETIRED EXECUTIVE. The Executive Officer at Konnect will provide strategic leadership across the organization, supporting the vision, mission, and operational priorities of the company. This part-time, remote role includes overseeing key initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between product development, marketing, community engagement, and partnerships. The Executive Officer will help set goals, monitor performance metrics, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide decision-making on budget, resources, and timelines. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, supporting fundraising or investor relations where needed, and representing Konnect in external meetings, events, and collaborations. The Executive Officer will work closely with founders and senior team members to foster a values-driven culture centered on user safety, emotional wellness, and meaningful connection. Qualifications Experience in executive leadership, operations management, or strategic planning in startups or digital product companies. Background in consumer technology, mobile apps, social platforms, or related industries; experience in wellness, mental health, or online communities is an advantage. Strong skills in stakeholder management, partnership development, and relationship building with internal and external collaborators. Ability to analyze data, define KPIs, and use insights to guide product, marketing, and operational decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work remotely, manage priorities independently, and collaborate effectively across time zones. Commitment to user safety, privacy, inclusion, and ethical decision-making in product and business practices. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent leadership experience is a plus.
