What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Senior Advisor, Product Marketing, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy integrated go-to-market strategies (digital and traditional), aligned with business objectives, in collaboration with product, communications, sales activation, and distribution teams.
  • Analyze the market, competition, and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and formulate strategic recommendations for product development and commercialization.
  • Define value propositions, customer journeys, key messages, and sales arguments to support product launches and the evolution of products and services.
  • Design and implement growth strategies and product lifecycle management, including nurturing, cross-selling, ABM initiatives, and enhancing customer journeys.
  • Ensure the optimization of digital product presence, including managing and evolving product pages and landing pages to maximize engagement, conversion, and user experience.
  • Lead large-scale strategic projects from planning to delivery by coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Act as an advisor to internal partners and senior management, while contributing to thought leadership initiatives and positioning the organization as a reference in its sector.
  • Define and track marketing initiative performance indicators, analyze results, and recommend optimization opportunities to support continuous improvement and product growth.

  • Is known for their strategic vision and ability to develop and deploy complex marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Stands out for their strong data analysis and market monitoring capabilities, enabling them to identify trends and provide relevant recommendations
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills, supported by mobilizing leadership and strong team spirit
  • Is recognized for their business acumen, creativity, and ability to synthesize information to build impactful strategic presentations
  • Has a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing, ideally in financial products or group insurance and savings, and a bachelor’s degree in marketing (master’s degree is an asset)
  • Demonstrates strong rigor in project and priority management, with the ability to handle tight deadlines and deliver large-scale projects
  • Has excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and is comfortable working with data and performance indicators
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves analyzing markets, collaborating on marketing strategy development, producing and presenting strategic content and recommendations to internal partners, national teams, and English-speaking stakeholders on a frequent basis
