About the role

Overview:

The Head of Operations & Transformation is accountable for enterprise execution, operating model design, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Technology. This role ensures that strategy is translated into clear execution and measurable outcomes, and that teams operate with strong discipline and accountability. The successful candidate will design and implement a scalable operating model that supports the company’s growth objectives. They will play a central role in aligning functions, resolving priorities, and ensuring consistent performance across the business. A key focus will be leading transformation initiatives—ensuring they are well-designed, effectively executed, and sustained over time. The role requires strong partnership with senior leadership to connect commercial, delivery, and financial priorities. Ultimately, this role ensures the organization operates as a cohesive, high-performing system capable of scaling sustainably.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead enterprise execution and operating cadence, translating strategy into clear plans, objectives, and tracking progress against growth targets
  • Lead business model transformation initiatives, ensuring changes are effectively executed, sustained, scalable, and continuously improved
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, resolving priorities, trade-offs, and execution risks across the business
  • Partner with the CEO and Finance to drive financial performance, applying a strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, and margin levers to support decision‑making.
  • Own the revenue and reporting architecture and governance, ensuring consistent data, metrics, and performance narrative
  • Drive operational excellence and performance discipline by establishing and evolving an enterprise KPI framework, ensuring incentive structures are operationally sound, consistently applied, and reinforce a high-performance culture of accountability and execution
  • Advise on enterprise workforce planning, aligning hiring strategy with growth targets, delivery capacity, and financial constraints
  • Support leadership in driving revenue growth and client development, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Identify and enable cross-practice collaboration opportunities to expand client value and account growth
  • Enhance pipeline visibility, bid governance, and delivery readiness to support successful execution of new engagements
  • Enforce deal governance and lifecycle discipline, improving win rates while managing commercial and delivery risks
  • Operationalize strategic partner relationships, ensuring alliances and programs deliver measurable business impact
  • Lead executive governance and communications, including leadership forums, business reviews, reporting materials, and cross-functional alignment

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in operations leadership and transformation roles within a growth-oriented organization
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution, driving measurable outcomes across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong understanding of P&L management, forecasting, and margin drivers, with the ability to apply financial insight to business decisions
  • Experience designing and implementing operating models, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems
  • Track record of designing and leading large-scale transformation initiatives, including organizational change, commercial model evolution, reporting frameworks, and performance management systems
  • Deep experience working across Sales, Delivery, and Finance functions, with the ability to align priorities and resolve competing demands
  • Strong capability in data-driven decision-making, including KPI development, performance tracking, and reporting discipline
  • Experience with resource planning, utilization management, and capacity forecasting in a services or consulting environment
  • Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth initiatives, including pipeline visibility, deal structuring, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders without formal authority
  • Strong communication skills, with experience leading executive-level governance, reporting, and presentations
  • Highly organized and execution-focused, with a bias for action, accountability, and continuous improvement
