We are the world's leading luxury floral experiential company, producing spectacular fresh floral exhibitions and events that celebrate art, fashion, history, culture and storytelling. Some call us the Cirque du Soleil of the floral world!
Since launching in Vancouver, BC in 2015, we have produced more than 165 events across 36 cities in 5 countries, partnering with some of the world's most prestigious destinations, luxury brands and entertainment properties. Along the way, we have collaborated with over 1,600 local floral artists, creating unforgettable experiences that have inspired millions of visitors.
Our shows (stretching from 5 - 12 days in most cases) take place everywhere from historic estates and world-renowned museums to luxury shopping destinations, botanical gardens and iconic public spaces. We are proud to work with some of the highest calibre intellectual property and cultural partners in the world, continually pushing the boundaries of what a floral experience can be.
Today, Fleurs de Villes produces more than 30 shows and special events annually across North America, the United Kingdom and Australia, with ambitious plans for continued global expansion.

The Opportunity
The Global Logistics Manager owns the logistical backbone of every production, ensuring that hundreds of moving parts come together seamlessly before, during and after each show.
Rather than working on a single project, this position works with our assigned teams across our global portfolio of events—forecasting inventory, coordinating shipping, managing labour, planning production schedules and travelling internationally to oversee installations and strikes.
This is an independent role, supported by a dynamic team. requiring someone who loves solving complex logistical puzzles and thrives in fast-moving environments.
This Role is Not for Everyone
We believe in setting clear expectations.
We produce more than 30 major events annually, often with multiple shows happening simultaneously across several countries.
The volume of work is high. Priorities change daily. Problems need solving in real time.
A significant portion of the role involves solo international travel. You will regularly travel independently to cities across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia as required.
Travel may include: Pre-site inspections and venue walkthroughs Production planning visits Show installations (load-in) Show operations Show strike and pack-out Warehouse visits Vendor meetings Shipping coordination
Key Responsibilities Lead logistics planning for every production. Produce and maintain production schedules and run of show documents. Coordinate labour, ambassadors and installation crews. Manage global inventory of mannequins, crates and production assets. Coordinate domestic and international shipping. Oversee on-site installations and strikes. Liaise with venues, freight companies and vendors. Maintain logistics systems, documentation and budgets. Travel extensively to support shows globally.
Who You Are Exceptionally organized and proactive. Calm under pressure. Comfortable travelling extensively on your own. Strong communicator. Systems-minded and solutions-oriented. Passionate about operational excellence. A team player. Our group of over 25 driven professionals is all swimming in the same direction. There are no Divas on this team. We work stronger together with laser focus on execution at the highest level, supporting all members of the team.
Requirements 5+ years in logistics, production or live, ideally touring, events. Experience managing multiple concurrent projects. Strong organizational and budgeting skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and Excel. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally. Excellent proficiency in Slack, Asana, Google Workspace and other applications.
