Key responsibilit iesOwn the project execution process, following TechBlocks PMO methodologies to ensure successful delivery and early business val ue.Manage projects involving web application development, mobile app development, data engineering projects, and other digital product initiativ es.Coordinate teams across multiple geographies, both onshore and offshore, to ensure timely delivery and quality management of projec ts.Directly lead and oversee the project life cycle from kickoff through development, testing, and launch while handling complex, multi-year projec ts.Implement Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to drive project success while solidly understanding the Waterfall proce ss.Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to write user stories and contribute to requirements-gathering sessions, ensuring dynamic prioritizati on.Understand key business requirements and work closely with technical teams to deliver on those requirements, leveraging Design Patterns and Middleware technologi es.Lead the delivery of projects by working closely with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignme nt.Plan project phases/gates, allocate resources, and define timelines, utilizing PM Tools for efficient manageme nt.Track work progress, manage risks, and facilitate transparent communications throughout the project lifecyc le.Manage, report on, and forecast project and engagement budgets, providing cost/benefit analyses to internal and external stakeholde rs.Make resource allocation decisions to meet client needs, billable utilization targets, and departmental resource allocation goa ls.Requireme ntsMinimum of 10 years of project management experience, focusing on web application, mobile app, and data engineering project delive ry.At least 3 years of experience actively working on digital product roadmaps, collaborating with product managers and facilitating UX engineering worksho ps.Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile Scrum certificati on.Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle across all phases, including experience with both Agile and Waterfall process es.Understanding web and mobile application development, User Experience (UX) design principles, data pipelines/ETL concepts, and familiarity with Cloud technologi es.Ability to conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders for mid-market and enterprise clien ts.Experience managing teams across multiple geographies, including offshore locatio ns.Expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Tempo, MS Proje ct.Previous experience transitioning into a technical project manager role with a strong web, mobile, or data engineering background as a BA or BSA or develop
