About the role
Are you a results-driven Project Manager who thrives on executing complex, large-scale industrial and commercial projects? We are looking for a highly organized leader to manage projects valued at $5M+ across Alberta from inception to successful closeout. In this role, you will be the single point of contact for our clients, driving operational excellence, maintaining strict project controls, and fostering a world-class safety culture. What You Will Do: Project Leadership: Deliver commercial and industrial projects (including E&I scopes) on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Financial & Scope Control: Take full accountability for project financials, budgets, contract interfaces, and the integrated change order process. Client & Growth Focus: Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure retention and identify opportunities to expand project scope. Team & Safety Management: Cultivate a rigorous site safety culture, direct and organize project teams, and mentor junior team members. Risk Mitigation: Actively identify, track, and resolve project risks and operational challenges. What You Bring: Experience: 5+ years of experience managing projects over $5M in commercial and industrial settings. Designation: Journeyman Electrician required, PMP designation is a definite asset. Commercial Acumen: Strong expertise in contracting models (Lump Sum, Fixed Price, Target Price, Reimbursable) and handling RFPs. Skills: Superb interpersonal communication, motivational leadership, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
