About the Opportunity A growing construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, and multi-family building projects. This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who can manage projects from pre-construction through completion while ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and stakeholder expectations are met. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Oversee tendering, subcontractor selection, contract negotiations, change orders, and project documentation. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and compliance with building codes, specifications, and safety requirements. Lead project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Engineering degree, CET diploma, or related technical education.
