We are looking for a Product Owner / Scrum Master who can operate at the intersection of product definition, delivery execution, and team enablement. This role is critical to ensuring that our engineering team builds the right features, in the right order, with minimal friction.

You will work closely with the CPO, Software Architect, Full-Stack Engineer, Senior Frontend Engineer, and Cloud & Deployment Engineer to translate product vision into clear, actionable backlog items, while also ensuring that Scrum ceremonies, flow, and delivery cadence are effective and lightweight. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone with a technical background who understands how modern engineering teams build cloud-native, security-focused products.

Responsibilities Product Owner Responsibilities · Own and manage the product backlog · Translate product vision, customer needs, and roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria · Work with the CPO to prioritize features based on business value, technical risk, and dependencies, continuously refine MVP and post-MVP scope · Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements , validate feasibility, adjust scope pragmatically · Review completed work against acceptance criteria and ensure it meets product intent · Gather and synthesize feedback from internal stakeholders (Sales, PoCs, demos, early users) Scrum Master Responsibilities (How & When) · Manage scrums · Identify and help remove delivery blockers and dependencies · Track sprint progress, velocity, and predictability · Promote continuous improvement in Team collaboration, Delivery flow, Communication · Act as a shield for the engineering team against unnecessary interruptions Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work with the Software Architect on architectural implications of backlog items • Work with the Frontend Engineer on UX-heavy stories and scope clarity • Work with the Cloud & Deployment Engineer on release, environment, and operational readiness • Align product delivery with demo and PoC needs, Release milestones, Cloud readiness • Maintain close alignment with the CPO on priorities, tradeoffs, and roadmap evolution

Required Skills and Experience

Product & Agile Experience • 2+ years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Scrum Master • Proven experience owning a backlog for a technical or platform product • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean delivery principles • Experience working with engineering-heavy teams (backend, frontend, cloud)

Technical Understanding (Must-Have) • Comfortable discussing APIs, backend services, and data models, Cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, containers), Security-focused products (identity, certificates, TLS, access control) • Ability to read technical documentation and follow architectural discussions • Experience writing technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria Tools & Practices • Experience with tools like Jira or Asana • Familiarity with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Markdown)

Nice to Have • Background in software engineering or systems engineering • Experience with security, identity, PKI, or infrastructure platforms • Previous experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
