Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution focused Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our AIML initiatives You will act as the operational backbone of our Artificial Intelligence program partnering with Data Science Engineering and Product teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation understands the nuances of data pipelines and model deployment MLOps and possesses the leadership skills to guide complex crossfunctional projects from concept to production

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy Execution Define structure and drive complex AIML programs aligning them with business goals for automation efficiency and growth

AIML Lifecycle Management Oversee the endtoend development cycle of AI modelsfrom data curation and prototyping to training evaluation and deployment

CrossFunctional Leadership Lead crossfunctional teams data scientists ML engineers software engineers data engineers to deliver integrated AIML features on time

Risk Mitigation Problem Solving Proactively identify technical data and adoption risks implementing mitigation strategies eg managing data dependencies addressing model latency

Responsible AI Governance Champion ethical AI practices ensuring compliance with data privacy security and fairness standards

Infrastructure Tooling Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure robust MLOps including cloud infrastructure readiness eg Azure GCP AWS and model monitoring

Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders clearly communicating progress risks and ROI

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field

5 years of experience in technical programproject management with at least 3 years delivering AIML data science or advanced analytics solutions

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AIML methodologies data engineering and data science workflows

Proven experience working with cloudbased AI platforms Azure ML or AWS SageMaker or GCP Vertex AI

Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps

Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical detail and business impact

Certifications Must Have two out of the following

AI102 Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate

DP100 Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate

AI900 Microsoft AI Fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree or PhD in a relevant technical field

PMP PgMP or AgileScrum certification

Experience with Generative AI LLMs and agentic frameworks LangChain OpenAI API

Experience in a regulated industry eg HealthcareHIPAA Financial Services

Certifications Must Have one out of the following

AI102 Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate

DP100 Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate

Certifications Good to Have

AI102 Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate

DP100 Microsoft Certified Azure Data Scientist Associate

Databricks Professional Certificate in Large Language Models

Soft Skills

Good customer connects Prepare reports for internal reporting

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage customer calls

Excellent problemsolving skills Good communication Team collaboration

Educational Qualification

Minimum BCAMCABEBTech or equivalent
