The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation program. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling successful adoption of new systems, standardized processes, and operational procedures across Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure organizational readiness and drive a smooth transition throughout the transformation lifecycle.
What You'll Do Lead end-to-end change management activities across the project lifecycle Assess the impact of new systems, processes, and procedures on business users Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and project teams to ensure readiness and alignment Identify and manage resistance to change, implementing mitigation and reinforcement plans Monitor user adoption and provide post-implementation support to sustain successful outcomes What You Bring to the Table 5+ years of experience in Change Management within business transformation, ERP, or system implementation programs Demonstrated experience supporting software integrations and process transformation initiatives Strong background working with Finance and Accounting stakeholders Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Source-to-Pay (S2P), or broader finance transformation programs Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Core Skills Required Change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) Stakeholder management and engagement strategies Communication planning and execution Training development and delivery Organizational readiness assessment Change impact analysis and resistance management Strong business acumen in Finance, Accounting, and Procurement processes Our Stack ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Workday
