Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment on-site. Monitor construction progress, address any issues, and implement corrective actions as required. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and consultants. Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide project execution.
