About the role
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong technical program leadership, governance discipline, and senior stakeholder management to drive critical infrastructure transformation programs from planning through delivery.
Location: Saint-Laurent, QC (Close to Montréal–Trudeau International Airport) Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days on-site per week)
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise infrastructure and cloud programs, including data center migrations and cloud adoption initiatives Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple concurrent workstreams Identify, track, and control critical path activities and cross-team dependencies Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), escalating proactively as needed Oversee delivery governance, including stage gates, change management processes, and steering committee reporting Manage relationships with enterprise vendors and contractors, including contract oversight and performance tracking Provide clear, regular communication and reporting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders Monitor and manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and cost tracking Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs Coordinate across technical teams (infrastructure, cloud, database, network) to ensure alignment and on-time delivery Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new infrastructure and platforms
Requirements 10+ years of experience with infrastructure and cloud programs 5+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience Experience with enterprise infrastructure initiatives, including data center migration and cloud adoption Strong dependency management and critical path control Experience managing enterprise vendors and contracts Strong RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management Experience with delivery governance and change management Strong stakeholder communication at senior leadership level Experience managing budgets and financial tracking Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery models PMP certification (strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a closely related field Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience Experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes platforms Database migration experience (SQL) Experience managing multi-stream programs Experience in high-availability environments and with Azure governance Certifications: PMP, Agile/SAFe, Cloud certifications
