We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Transportation team. This position manages the design, execution and evaluation of complex transportation plans to deliver a safe, reliable, and efficient transportation network. This position works closely with the planning functions in Engineering, Maintenance, Aviation, and Transport Services to implement comprehensive, division-level planning that promotes consistency of planning activities across the division and improves integration of planning with budgeting and asset management objectives for the network.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in one of the transportation disciplines such as civil engineering, economics, planning or logistics, or a related field;
- Experience carrying out and managing economic and/or policy research;
- Experience analyzing transportation budgets, projects, and issues;
- Experience managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Demonstrated experience applying strategic foresight principles will be considered an asset.
Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
