We’re looking for a Product Delivery Specialist who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves turning product direction into polished execution. The vision is set — your job is to own the delivery.
The Role
This is an execution-focused product role sitting at the centre of delivery, customer experience, and cross-functional coordination. Reporting into the VP of Product and Customer Success, you’ll take clear product direction and bring it to life — with precision, pace, and a sharp eye for the details that make the difference.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, and Customer Success to move features from concept through launch. You’ll also be the connective tissue between the product team and our customers — hosting client sessions, building education materials, and making sure people understand what we’re building and why it matters.
You’re someone who loves being close to the work — organized, execution-driven, and energized by seeing things actually ship. You don’t need to own the vision to make it real.
What You'll Do
- Own the product delivery rhythm — run standups, sprint planning, and dev syncs to keep the team accountable and shipping on schedule
- Coordinate features from planning through launch, managing timelines, dependencies, and blockers across design, engineering, and Customer Success
- Partner with product leadership to refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria so work is scoped clearly before it hits the team
- Host client sessions — product walkthroughs, discovery calls, and brainstorms — with clarity and confidence
- Build and maintain internal documentation, feature notes, and release communications so the team always has a clear source of truth
- Support product launches through customer education materials, training walkthroughs, and release comms
- Monitor adoption, customer feedback, and usability signals to surface improvement opportunities to product leadership
- Use AI tools to improve your own workflows and help the team move faster and smarter
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have
- 2–3 years in product delivery, product operations, project management, or a closely related role (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Experience working directly alongside development and design teams
- Strong organizational skills and relentless follow-through — you keep things moving without being asked twice
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
- Comfort running meetings, client sessions, and cross-functional syncs with confidence
- An AI-forward mindset — you already use these tools and think about how they improve the way you work
- The ability to manage multiple moving projects, switch context quickly, and keep your head when things get busy

Experience in HRIS, payroll, HR tech, or workforce management software

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum workflows

Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Claude, or similar
