Role Description The Director of Product & Growth, Healthcare SaaS will lead product strategy and go-to-market efforts to expand adoption of SecureRx’s vision intelligence platform across healthcare and pharmacy organizations. This contract, remote role is responsible for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product performance data, shaping pricing and packaging, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and customer success to drive product launches and revenue growth. The Director will develop growth experiments and campaigns, refine value propositions for different segments, and build feedback loops with clients and partners to inform continuous improvement. This role also involves mentoring team members, establishing product management best practices, and ensuring clear documentation and communication across stakeholders. Qualifications Product strategy and product management skills to define vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for healthcare SaaS offerings. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user behavior, and performance metrics and translate findings into actionable product and growth decisions. Team leadership and project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver complex product releases in regulated environments. Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or life sciences, with familiarity with regulated workflows, medication safety, and enterprise software implementations. Proven track record in SaaS growth, including go-to-market planning, segmentation, pricing, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage executive leaders, technical teams, and external partners. Comfort operating in a remote, contract-based setting, with high levels of autonomy, accountability, and adaptability. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Health Informatics) or equivalent practical experience; advanced degrees are an asset.
