You as a Project Coordinator: Work collaboratively with project teams to organize and coordinate construction projects from start to completion according to schedule, specifications, and project budget. Compile, prepare, and maintain project documentation with attention to detail and accuracy. Support project management team in project planning, execution, and monitoring. Receive and track project estimates, RFI’s, submittals, shop drawings, and changes. Attend project team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record and distribute meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure availability of materials and equipment. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules. Ensure all project close out documentation including warranties and operating maintenance manuals are obtained and complete. Prepare and distribute project reports. Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners and project stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and communicate with project team. An understanding of construction principles, best practices, and technologies. Sound judgment and decision-making skills to evaluate options and make timely decisions that support project objectives. Adaptable and ability to work in fast-paced, pressured environment while maintaining high quality standards and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, stakeholders, and contractors to achieve project goals while maintaining positive relationships. Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands effectively Requirements A diploma or university degree in construction management preferred or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
