About

Established in 1988, CGI is one of very few firms that provide construction services to national and international clients coast to coast in Canada. CGI has put in place the personnel, organizational structure, tools, processes and technology based on the input of our team’s assembled proven delivery of over $40 billion in projects. CGI has been organized to address your construction services needs based on a deep understanding developed in acting as owner’s representative on behalf of a broad range of clients. This experience combined with a proven construction-focused team, gives us a unique perspective on expectations, market conditions, project integration and a true understanding of best-in-class service delivery. Supported by a web-based reporting system available to you, we provide accurate and timely information that is key to the proactive management of our projects. More importantly, we focus on putting experienced project management resources in place to lead our efforts: specialists who are directly supported by our executive management team and our national risk management program – one that is in place to protect you through the application of industry best practices and ongoing process and compliance audits. We have the ability to effectively support individual project requirements nationally as well as support regional or national programs. We are ready to help you address your project requirements.
